The Human Beans brand was born in 1998, when mother and grandmother Carly Williams designed the trademark to market and sell gourmet jellybeans in her custom flavors: black/blackberry, brown/chocolate, red/cinnamon raspberry, tan/butter pecan, yellow/banana pudding, pink/pink grapefruit and white/almond coconut.

Human Beans brand was reintroduced in 2015 as a spice blend: turmeric, garlic, onion, cayenne, cumin and black pepper, a delicious six flavor blend (no salt, can be added to taste) - to season savory bean soups, seafood gumbos, meat stews, stir fry vegetables, or whatever one’s taste buds could imagine!
